The department of computer science and engineering is started at 1991. It was established at the inception of the institute. Over the years, since then, the department has progressed with a considerable development in its infrastructure, both in terms of its faculty and other learning facilities. The department has got all the laboratories required to train the students as per the curriculum. The laboratories like python programming, It skills, multimedia, data structures using python, operating system lab were all established in early years to train the students in the field of its application.

To build a strong learning environment in the field of Computer science and engineering that responds to the challenges of the century and able to do all work related to programs.
Mission
To produce computer science diploma graduates who are trained in design, implementation, testing and maintenance of computational systems through competitive curriculum in collaboration with industry and other organizations. Providing state of art facilities for enhancing skills in the field of computer science and engineering.
